Boston neck TE Style - TN-21-M
Reference: 330
Neck TE style, maple, 21 frets, paddle head, 9.5" radius, maple fingerboard, double action truss rod.
A budget friendly neck to build your own guitar. The neck is made of Canadian maple with a maple fingerboard. A maple cap neck was used in the late 60's and can be found on some custom shop guitars today. This neck has a dual action truss rod installed, so you can set up the guitar perfectly for playability. The 9.5" fingerboard radius is used in most US made guitar necks of this type. It is comfortable and provides a low action and great playability. The jumbo frets are leveled and only need to be crowned and polished. The paddle headstock allows you to create your own design and stand out from the crowd. The tuner holes are 10mm, suitable for modern tuners. If you prefer vintage type tuners, you will need conversion bushings. The neck width is 42mm, the heel width is 56mm, conforming to all standard guitar bodies.
